A crane supplier based in Naoli Town, Changyuan, Henan — the town where a large share of China's overhead cranes are built. We work with 4–5 long-term partner factories and act as a single point of contact for specification, quotation, inspection, export documents, spare parts and after-sales support.
Some trading companies present themselves as factories. We do not, for a practical reason: it changes how you can use us.
A factory sells what it makes. We work with several factories, so a 3 t warehouse crane and a 50 t foundry crane can both be produced properly instead of being forced into one product range.
You will know where your crane is made. If you want to visit the factory, we will take you there — our office is minutes away from the workshops we use.
If a quotation is unrealistic, if a specification will not work, or if the cheap option will fail in two years, we say so before the order rather than after. That is easier for us than for a factory with idle capacity to fill.
Specification, drawings, production progress, inspection, packing, shipping documents, spare parts and after-sales — one person to speak to, in English or Vietnamese.
A crane is not inspected at the end — by then, most of the decisions have been cast in steel and paint. Our checks are spread across the whole order.
Approval drawing issued: capacity, span, lifting height, wheel base, hook approach, clearance envelope and wheel loads per corner. You check it against the building and sign it off. Nothing is cut until then.
Girder fabrication and camber checked against the drawing, weld appearance inspected, and progress photographs sent at the milestones agreed in the order.
Assembly and no-load test on the factory track: bridge travel, trolley travel, hoist up and down, both travel limits, hoist upper and lower limiters.
Load test at rated capacity (1.25× where specified), overload limiter set and demonstrated, brake gap and brake torque checked on hoist and travel motions.
Panel wiring, earthing, control voltage and the supply voltage for your destination confirmed — the most common commissioning fault is a crane wound for the wrong voltage.
Packing checked against the loading plan, paint damage protected, panels wrapped against moisture, spare parts consolidated into the same container. Photos and video sent before the doors close.
Customers who visit before ordering tend to be the ones with the fewest problems afterwards. Our office is in Naoli Town, Changyuan, a few minutes from the partner factories. If you are in China — for Canton Fair, or on a supplier trip — tell us a few days ahead and we will arrange to show you the machines being built and tested.

Crane type, capacity (t), span (m) and lifting height (m) is usually enough for us to quote. Send a photo of your workshop if you are not sure.
