Industrial crane purchases are mostly private, so we only publish details our customers have agreed to publish. Below is the format we use: the crane, the application, the country, and the parts of the delivery that mattered.

How a project runs

From enquiry to a working crane

The same seven steps on every order, whether it is a 3 t warehouse crane or a launching gantry. The full detail is in our buying guide.

Specification — capacity, span, lifting height, duty, control, power supply, destination port.
Quotation — priced offer with the technical sheet attached, within 24 hours.
Drawing approval — general arrangement, wheel loads and clearance envelope signed off before production.
Production — with progress photographs at the agreed milestones.
Inspection — test run, rated-load test, limiter and brake checks, video and photographs to you.
Shipping — loading plan, packing, documents, spare parts in the same container.
Installation — drawings, supervision where required, load testing and handover to your team.
